Land shows what we can’t see.  
Doesn't judge scars by fire or lightning.   
Doesn't erase the past, regenerates.  
  
Life pushes through coldest winter.   
Not clean, fast, or free of marks.  
Slow, quiet and messy, always there.  
Moving beneath the surface.

Forests shaped by time and storm.  
Stronger for what it weathered.   
Reminds, hurt holds return.  
  
Noticing the light through leaves.   
Breeze shift something unnamed.  
Still enough to feel softening.  
  
Let quiet exchanges be enough.  
  
Step outside to let it find you.  
Offer parts you've forgotten.  
Not to fix, but to witness.
