# Body Keeps Walking

Something started to stir.  
Ground shifts beneath, not physically.  
Rocks still crunch below, trees still sway above.  
Walking forward, carrying doesn't forget.

Body remembers I tried to silence.  
Jaw clench when I said I was fine.  
Breath before entering noisy rooms.

Performing, barely holding on.  
Remembers, not to punish.

And out here, it finally speaks.

Wind doesn't judge the tension.  
Trail doesn't ask for better, faster, stronger.  
When I forget, the body remembers.

Taking one honest step at a time.
