You Don't Have to Be Fully Healed to Belong Outside

You don't have to earn the trail. If you're alive, grieving, in pain, you belong. Healing isn't a finish line. It's a walk you take, as you are.

This is what I want you to know:

You don't have to earn the trail.
You don't need six-pack abs or a clean health record.
You don't need the right gear or perfect energy.

If you're alive, you belong.
If you're grieving, you belong.
If you're in pain, you belong.

Healing is not a finish line.
It's a direction.
It's a walk you take, as you are.

Out here, you don't need to perform wellness.
You just need to show up.

Out here, you're not broken.
You're just in motion.
And motion is a kind of hope.
