Feel your body waking with the world.
Like dawn casting light after the longest night.

Place a hand on a tree, a rock, or solid earth.
Let the connection settle you.
The earth doesn’t rush to heal.
It just does, in its own time.

Let peace find you, not through effort,
but through presence.
