Make the First Five Minutes Sacred
Before the noise comes in—remember who you are.
The start of your day doesn’t have to be a sprint. Even in pain, even in grief,
you can start with stillness:
Set aside the first five minutes of
your morning for anything but input.
No phone. No news. No to-do list.
Just breath. Body. Light. Earth.
Feel your feet. Notice your inhale.
