Not all movement has to be a workout. Sometimes the point is just to feel your body alive:


Five minutes of motion
with no outcome.
Walk barefoot in the yard.
Stretch like moss
reaching for light.
Sway to music
that no one else hears.
Let your body move
because it wants to,
not because it has
to prove anything.
